On Friday, May 2, former Dyer County High School standout Ava Ozment’s current college team, the Murray State Racers, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at Racer Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Racers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 3:35 p.m. at Racer Softball Field against Illinois State Redbirds.
