Rep. David Kustoff, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 8th district, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing significant national issues and his engagement with constituents. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Kustoff has been an active member of Congress since 2017 after succeeding Stephen Fincher.
On June 1, 2025, Rep. Kustoff expressed his concerns about rising antisemitism through a tweet stating: “Enough is enough. These abhorrent acts of antisemitism cannot continue in our nation. Roberta and I are praying for the victims and their families.”
The following day, on June 2, he commented on legislative developments by highlighting the introduction of a new bill aimed at tax relief: “The One Big Beautiful Bill Act fulfills @POTUS and @HouseGOP’s promise to provide tax relief for families across the nation.”
In another update on June 3, Rep. Kustoff thanked his constituents for participating in a recent town hall meeting via telephone: “Thank you to everyone who joined my telephone town hall! It is always great to hear directly from West Tennesseans. I appreciate your questions, comments, and concerns. Born in Memphis in 1966 and residing in Germantown, David Kustoff graduated from the University of Memphis with a BA in 1989 and later earned a JD from the same institution in 1992.
