Rep. David Kustoff, U.S. Congressman representing Tennessee’s 8th district since 2017, recently highlighted his legislative activities and community engagement through a series of posts on social media.
On July 15, 2025, Kustoff shared his involvement with House GOP Media Row, stating: “Behind the scenes with @HouseGOP Media Row talking all things One Big Beautiful Bill! There is something for everyone in this bill! “
The following day, he referenced legislation he introduced earlier in the year: “In May, I introduced the Child Care for American Families Act—a bill to expand tax credits for businesses that provide child care to their employees. I’m proud that key provisions from my bill were included in @POTUS’s One Big Beautiful Bill and are now law. This means:”
Later on July 16, Kustoff noted a meeting with agricultural leaders from his state: “It was great meeting with the Tennessee Corn Growers Association (@CornTennessee) including Executive Director Amy McNeil from Weakley County and President Rob Holman from Obion County. Thank you for taking the time to share the work you’re doing to advocate for Tennessee’s”
Kustoff has represented Tennessee’s 8th District since replacing Stephen Fincher in 2017. Born in Memphis in 1966, he currently resides in Germantown and holds both undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Memphis.
