Many people say that Fred Smith is the most significant Memphian in the city’s history. We greatly appreciate his tremendous service to our community, state”.

Kustoff has represented Tennessee’s 8th District since replacing Stephen Fincher in Congress in 2017. He was born in Memphis in 1966 and currently resides in Germantown. Kustoff is an alumnus of the University of Memphis where he earned both his BA (1989) and JD (1992).
