On Saturday, April 12, former Humboldt High School standout RJ Abernathy’s current college team, the New Mexico Highlands Cowboys, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves.
The game took place at Brandt Field. This was their third matchup against the ThunderWolves this season.
The Cowboys’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12 p.m. at Brandt Field against CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves.
