All new students planning to attend DSCC this fall will be required to attend New Student Orientation (NSO).
During the orientation events, students will have an opportunity to interact with faculty and staff and ask questions. Students will learn more about courses and majors, financial aid, student services, tutoring, student life organizations and will be able to register for classes, all in one day.
As a reminder, fall semester classes begin August 22.
New Student Orientation will be held June 23 at 5 p.m., July 14 at 10 a.m., and August 12 at 2 p.m. on the Dyersburg campus inside the Student Center. NSO at the Gibson County Center will be held on July 26 at 2 p.m. The Jimmy Naifeh Center will hold its NSO events on June 28 at 5 p.m., July 21 at 10 a.m., and August 9 at 2 p.m.
Students can sign up to attend NSO through AppointmentPlus at www.dscc.edu/appointment.
