Rep. David Kustoff highlights local engagements with healthcare and educational leaders

Rep. David Kustoff, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee's 8th district, shared updates on his recent engagements through a series of tweets. These posts highlight his visits and meetings with various community leaders and institutions in Shelby County and Dyer County.

On January 29, 2025, Rep. Kustoff expressed gratitude to Dr. Reginald Coopwood, President & CEO of Regional One Health Foundation, and Tish Towns, Executive VP & CAO, for a tour of Regional One Health’s new hybrid operating room in Shelby County. He noted that "This state-of-the-art facility will provide life-saving care to patients across the..."

The following day, January 30, 2025, Rep. Kustoff met with Dr. Scott Cook, President of Dyersburg State Community College; Mike Peeler, Campus Police Chief; John Holden, Mayor of Dyersburg; and Scott Ball, City Recorder. In his tweet about the meeting he stated "It was good to discuss how to best support families, students, & businesses in Dyer County."

Later on January 30th, Rep. Kustoff also thanked Dyer County Mayor David Quick and Sheriff Jeff Box for their service to the community after meeting with them earlier that day. He tweeted "I appreciate all that you do to serve our community."
