Rep. David Kustoff, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee's 8th district, has recently expressed his views on several pressing issues through social media posts. Kustoff, who succeeded Stephen Fincher in 2017, is known for his active engagement in political discourse and advocacy for transparency and policy improvements.

On November 21, 2024, Rep. David Kustoff shared his opinion regarding the International Criminal Court's actions: "The ICC arrest warrants targeting Israeli officials are outrageous and abhorrent. Israel has every right to defend herself from the barbaric terrorists that wish to destroy Israel and the entire Western world." He highlighted earlier legislative efforts by stating, "Earlier this year, the House passed the Illegitimate Court…"

In another post dated November 22, 2024, Kustoff addressed concerns about government-funded research transparency: "The NIH used taxpayer dollars to research the effects of puberty blockers on children and then refused to release the findings. This is unacceptable." He emphasized that "The NIH has an obligation to publish the results of a government-funded study," underscoring Americans' right to transparency.

On the same day, he also participated in an agricultural roundtable: "It was great to have @RepJohnRose in Madison County for a @TNFarmBureau Roundtable with West TN farmers." Kustoff noted that "The agriculture industry is facing many challenges," and emphasized his commitment to advocating for better policies by meeting with local farmers and producers.
