David Kustoff, a U.S. Congressman representing Tennessee's 8th district since 2017, has been vocal on social media about his support for former President Donald Trump and the Republican Party's legislative agenda. Born in Memphis in 1966, Kustoff holds both a BA and JD from the University of Memphis.
On March 5, 2025, Kustoff expressed gratitude to former President Trump for his leadership by stating "Thank you @realDonaldTrump @POTUS for bringing common sense back to Washington!".
Later that day, he acknowledged efforts by Trump and the House GOP to reverse previous policies implemented during Biden's presidency. Additionally, Kustoff highlighted Trump's initiatives in energy policy since returning to office.
