Rep. David Kustoff, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee's 8th district, recently shared a series of tweets detailing his meetings with various stakeholders in Crockett County. Kustoff replaced Stephen Fincher in 2017 and has since been actively engaged in community issues. He was born in Memphis and currently resides in Germantown, having graduated from the University of Memphis with a BA in 1989, followed by a JD in 1992.

On April 15, 2025, Kustoff noted, "It was great to meet with @CrockettCounty Mayor Gary Reasons and the Crockett County Chamber of Commerce Director Randa Hardin. I enjoyed our conversation about the local initiatives in Crockett County. Thank you for having me!"

Later that day, Kustoff expressed gratitude towards local emergency management personnel. He stated, "Thank you to Crockett County EMA Director John Pinto, Sheriff Troy Klyce, Public Information Officer Stephen Sutton, and members of the Crockett County EMS team for meeting with me. I appreciate your work to serve and protect our community."

The following day, on April 16, 2025, Kustoff mentioned visiting agricultural leaders, declaring, "It was a pleasure meeting with Crockett County Farm Bureau Agency Manager Rob DeLoach, County President Chad Hutchison, and my friends, Ross and Catherine Via. I appreciate the important work you all do to support our farmers and strengthen Tennessee’s ag industry."

Kustoff continues to engage actively with his constituents, focusing on local initiatives, community protection, and agricultural support.
