On February 19, 2025, Rep. Kustoff tweeted about his visit to Rives in Obion County alongside Governor Bill Lee to evaluate severe flooding conditions. He mentioned meeting with local officials such as Obion County Mayor Steve Carr and Sheriff Karl Jackson.
