In another significant update on February 12, Rep. Kustoff announced the unanimous passage of the Recovery of Stolen Checks Act out of the Ways and Means Committee. This bipartisan legislation aims to ensure secure payment delivery for taxpayers whose checks are lost or stolen in the mail. He collaborated with fellow representatives Nicole Malliotakis and Terri Sewell on this initiative.
