On February 13, 2025, Rep. Kustoff expressed his appreciation for the care provided by Ed Harries, Director of Tennessee Veterans Homes. He stated: "It was great to meet with the Director of @TNVeteransHomes Ed Harries. Thank you for the exceptional care you provide for West Tennesseans who honorably served our country."

Later that day, he highlighted a legislative initiative aimed at assisting taxpayers who have experienced issues with government checks. He explained: "The Recovery of Stolen Checks Act would give taxpayers who had their government checks lost or stolen in the mail the option to receive their payments via direct deposit." He also thanked NewsTalk989 hosts for providing him an opportunity to discuss this effort.

In another post from February 13, 2025, Rep. Kustoff congratulated Brooke Rollins on her confirmation as Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
